Open EXPERIAN app and select “Credit at the bottom” then, Experian credit report

Select the account you want to dispute
Select file a dispute
Click “Start a new dispute “
Select the negative account
Select “start a dispute “
For filter by choose “Other”
For select a dispute reason choose “Not mine or no knowledge of this account”
On box below for additional comment , COPY AND PASTE WORD FOR WORD “This is not my account. I have no knowledge of this account. 15 USC 1681b"
For do you want to attach document, select “NO”
After click “next “ and “submit dispute”
