Warm-Up (5 min)
• Jumping jacks – 1 min
• High knees – 1 min
• Arm circles + hip openers – 1 min
• Bodyweight squats – 2 min
Main Set (20 min) – 4 rounds
• Push-ups – 15 reps
• Squat jumps – 15 reps
• Mountain climbers – 30 sec
• Plank hold – 30 sec
• Rest – 30 sec
Cool Down (5 min)
• Stretch hamstrings, quads, shoulders
• Deep breathing – 1 min reset
