My biggest takeaway is wholesaling is a sales and marketing business, not a real estate business.I learned as a wholesaler, I need to identify deals where the motivated seller may be in distress and want to sell quickly.
The two strategies that I will implement are driving for dollars looking for distressed properties and SMS texting.
