Anyone who knows me knows that I’m a fanatic about the carnivore diet, and I love it because it works period.
These are 3 habits that 2 major experts in the area agreed upon as being the basis of a successful carnivore:
- Cut Carbs completely;
- Don’t snack;
- Don’t binge eat (and if you do, skip the next meal).
This sounds harsh and difficult, but there’s a catch:
- You’re not perfect and you don’t need to be perfect.
Just like working out, you go a step at a time.
At first you don’t like lifting weights or exercising, then you start to enjoy some parts of it, and eventually you’ll start loving it!
Eating right is a habit and an environment thing.
Focus on the “why” you’re doing it, and cheat the least possible.
Cut all the trash food, snacks and specially the sugary shit from your house/environment.
