I almost didn’t post this… but here goes.
Over the last few months, I’ve been quietly working on something in the property space that completely changed how I look at deals in the UK.
It started with one small decision that most people overlook, and it’s now turning into something I didn’t expect at all.
I’m not here to sell anything or pitch a course. I just wanted to connect with people who actually get this game and maybe share what I’m seeing.
Out of curiosity…
What’s one thing in property that you’ve learned recently that completely shifted your perspective?
