Welcome to The Den
HealyPowers Performance — read this whole thing before you post. This isn't another fitness group.
Who this is for
You run companies. You close deals. You bill at $500/hr or build the thing other people work for.
On paper, you're winning.
In the mirror, you're 15-30 lbs heavier than you were at 25. Your back hurts when you stand up from the desk. You haven't slept 8 hours in months. You drink to come down. You scroll to check out. You promised yourself last January, and the January before that, and the one before that.
You're not weak. You're under-loaded.
Nobody around you has the standard you need. Your wife loves you too much to say it. Your buddies are softer than you. Your trainer thinks you're already crushing it because compared to his other clients, you are.
That ends here.
Who this isn't for
  • Guys who want a cheerleader
  • Guys who think "consistency" means 2 workouts a week
  • Guys who'd rather argue in the comments than do the work
  • Soft men looking for permission to stay soft
If that's you, leave. No hard feelings. The door is right there.
Why The Den
Tigers don't move in herds. They live in dens — small, hidden strongholds where the apex predators recover, sharpen, and prepare for the next hunt.
That's what this is.
High-performers don't have a room anymore. You used to have the locker room. The team. The platoon. The fraternity. Men who held you to a standard and didn't apologize for it.
Now you have LinkedIn and a Peloton.
The Den is the room. A brotherhood of men in their prime years who refuse to let the desk, the deals, and the comfort make them average. Iron sharpens iron. We train hard, eat like adults, sleep like it's our job, and show up for each other.
No one here is pretending to have it all figured out. We're all in the work.
Who's running this
I'm not a guy who read a book and started an Instagram.
  • CSCS certified strength & conditioning coach (the same cert held by D1, NFL, and MLB performance staffs)
  • Former and current performance coach for D1 athletes — Boston College, Lamar University, ORU Baseball, MCSC strength program
  • Amateur Bodybuilder
  • Currently 133 days out from my own bodybuilding show. I'm not preaching the lifestyle. I'm living it.
  • Built HealyPowers Performance as a registered LLC with real infrastructure — not a side hustle running out of a DM inbox
If you've ever paid $99/month for a guy whose own program is "lift bro split + chicken & rice," you already know what the gap looks like.
What you get inside (Free tier)
  • Daily discussion — wins, losses, questions, accountability
  • Educational content — training, nutrition, recovery, mindset, the science behind why you feel like garbage and what to do about it
  • Live calls & AMAs — get on a call with me and the brothers, ask the real questions
  • The standard — guys around you who actually train, who actually lift heavy, who actually walk it
This is enough to change your life if you take it seriously. Most won't. The ones who do, get noticed.
What's behind the wall (Paid coaching — $500/mo or $5,500/yr upfront)
This is for the men who are done guessing.
Your programming
  • Custom training built in Train Heroic — the same platform pro teams use
  • Periodized around your real life: travel, kids, surgeries, the 60-hour weeks
  • Built around your injuries, your training age, your equipment — not a copy-paste template
Your nutrition & recovery
  • Calories, macros, and meal structure you can actually run while traveling and entertaining clients
  • Sleep, stress, and recovery protocols that aren't "wear a Whoop and pray"
Your accountability infrastructure
  • A 30-day done-for-you onboarding sequence so nothing gets dropped in week one
  • Login activity is tracked — if you ghost the program, I know before you do, and we have a conversation. No coaches charging you to disappear.
  • Direct access to me
Your tier
  • $500/month, or $5,500/year upfront (saves you a month, locks the rate before it goes up)
  • This isn't the cheap option. It's the right one for the man who's done wasting time.
When you're ready, you'll know. Until then, get to work in the free tier.
House rules of The Den
  1. Show up or shut up. Lurkers fade. Posters get pulled up. Introduce yourself in the next 24 hours.
  2. No whining. State the problem. State what you tried. Ask a real question.
  3. Honor the brotherhood. Tear each other up in training. Build each other up in here.
  4. Zero tolerance for grifters, drama, or politics. This is a gym, not a forum.
  5. What's said in The Den stays in The Den. Period.
Your first move
Drop a post in the intros channel. Tell us:
  • Your name and what you do
  • Your numbers (weight, training experience, current state — be honest)
  • What you're sick of about yourself
  • What you're committing to over the next 30 days
That's the price of entry. Pay it before you post anywhere else.
30 days isn't a goal. It's a test. Show up every day for 30, prove to yourself you still have it in you, and the next 30 build on the first.
Welcome to The Den.
Now get to work.
