AI is here, it's proven, and pretending that not using it is a long-term benefit is delusional. In one day of prompting on my Bloomberg terminal, I was able to recreate work that would have taken me days to finish. Anyone not actively working on prompting, AI integration, and building their skillset with these tools will be left behind in the next 18-24 months. I would highly recommend everyone here read this and do some serious self-examination on their job, trajectory, and skillset - AI disruption is "when, not if" and is going to be unlike any other technological change in history.
