I've been where you are..
It actually felt like a prison when I left it, and the bars of the prison were my fears of being rejected. But the reality was I was rejecting my own heart by not living fully, a fully expressed open hearted experience. And I didn't even realize I was in a prison of my own design, one that was comfortable-until it became uncomfortable. And I realized the answers were not outside, but I actually had the wisdom to know myself. And I love my individual self and then I started having bigger and more meaningful conversations. Which lead to greater connections and deeper relationships.
