Does anyone use OBS Studio?

I've decided that I want to do some livestreams. I'm thinking one per week, like on Friday evenings. My first one did't go all that well because I a) Didn't announce it soon enough and b) didn't know OBS well enough to realize I wasn't seeing a "submit" button that needed clicking. About 20 minutes late I decided that I should just go stream with YouTube and have only the one camera running.

I have figured out how to actually start a broadcast now, but I'm still having some issues with audio. I'm not quite clear on a few things, so I'm wondering if one (or more) of you guys are OBS gurus.
