Big shoutout to Ivan 👏

Already gave Ivan his flowers for landing a closing role, which is huge in itself.

But I also wanted to shout him out again because he’s been putting in some serious work behind the scenes with the AI voice agent.

He sent me over one of his call recordings so I could share it with the community, and man… this is exactly what I’m talking about when I say practice matters.

Ivan’s first language isn’t even English.

And still, his discovery is strong, his closing experience is obvious, and he’s showing what happens when somebody actually puts the reps in instead of just talking about it.

The craziest part?

He clocked over 450 minutes of practice in the past couple days.

That is insane.

That’s not dabbling.That’s not “kind of trying.”That’s someone getting after it.

Ivan is a perfect example of why this works: practice builds confidence, confidence sharpens skill, and skill creates opportunity.

He earned that role.And he’s still sharpening the blade.
