Trance Practice is a practice-based community for learning how to enter, use, and exit trance deliberately—for healing, regulation, clarity, perception, and real-life change.
Trance is the underlying state beneath hypnosis, meditation, creative flow, magic, intuitive perception, and deep absorption. In this group, trance is treated as a trainable skill, not a belief system—something you can recognize, stabilize, apply, and exit intentionally.
Trance states can be utilized for: stress regulation, chronic pain, emotional patterns, meditation, magical practice, intuition, spirit communication, creativity, and more.
Weekly live sessions follow a repeating structure so you’re never “behind,” while the focus rotates through guided practice, applied trance for real outcomes, experiential labs, deep-reset sessions, and shared discussion.
This group is inclusive by design. No specific spiritual or religious identity is required. What matters is curiosity, respect, and a willingness to engage.
