No Trigger - When do you cancel?

How long do you wait to cancel an order after it doesn't get triggered? Like if I set a daily time frame trade and it doesn't trigger by the end of the next day should I cancel the order? Or way another day?

Same question with smaller time frames like 5 and 15 really...
