Trust the process and be a real Terminator

my childhood hero is Arnie. His determination and power and willingness to do new things somehow always amazed me. I read his books (total recall and the seven tool for life) and learnt a lot from him. My takeaway from him is:

test and trust the process
be consistent (do not change for a quick gain to a shinier gem)
look for long term gain
and yes, some days it will hurt and will be painful but that is part of the process
