What are you working towards?
How far out do you plan, and what are your goals? 1 year? 5 years? 10 years? In my experience, it's good to have a roadmap with multiple milestones.
In 1 year, I want to have 4 more franchisees in 4 new territories for Ike's Love and Sandwiches, as well as 200 members in this community!
In 5 years, I want to be debt-free and living in a new home with my son.
In 10 years, I want to own my own franchise in the PNW market and 10 recurring clients for my consultancy. Most importantly, I want my son to be on a track towards living the life of his dreams.
