Respect & Kindness in Our Community

Hey everyone,

Just a quick reminder that this social club is a space for respect, fun, and positive interactions. While disagreements happen, we expect everyone to communicate kindly and treat each other with respect.

🚨 Important Rules:

✅ Disagreements should be handled respectfully—no insults or rude behavior.

✅ No posting pictures/videos of others without permission. Privacy matters! If it's not your picture, do NOT post it.

✅ If there’s an issue, talk to a moderator instead of escalating it online.

ADULTS, I am calling on you to help me moderate.

⚠️ Any inappropriate behavior (bullying, name-calling, or posting photos without consent) will lead to consequences, including removal from the group.

Let’s keep this a safe and welcoming space for everyone! If you ever feel uncomfortable or need help, message me privately.

📜 Community Discipline Policy: Respect & Accountability

At "Tomorrow's Leaders" we are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all members. Participation in our community and program—both online and in the classroom—come with the responsibility to treat others with kindness and integrity.

🚨 Unacceptable Behavior Includes:

❌ Disrespectful language (name-calling, insults, or bullying)

❌ Posting pictures or videos of others without their consent, even if they're famous.

❌ Engaging in arguments that escalate into rude or hurtful interactions

❌ Harassment, threats, or any form of cyberbullying

🛑 Consequences for Violations:

We believe in teaching and guiding students toward better choices, but repeated or serious violations will result in the following steps:

1️⃣ First Warning: Parent notification and private conversation to address the behavior and set clear expectations.

2️⃣ Second Warning: Temporary restriction from participating in the social club and the program until you're ready to come back.

3️⃣ Final Action: Permanent removal. No refunds provided.

📝 Important Note: Any form of bullying, harassment, or privacy violations (such as sharing personal images without consent) will be taken seriously and addressed immediately.

💡 Our Goal: We want every member to feel safe, valued, and respected. If there’s ever a disagreement, let’s handle it with kindness, maturity, and thoughtful communication.

🙏 Let’s work together to make this a positive community where everyone can feel comfortable and included!

📩 If you experience or witness an issue, please report it privately to either myself, your admin, or a parent.
