- 音量を上げる。 おんりょうをあげる。 Turn up the volume.
- 温度を上げる。 おんどをあげる。 Turn up the temperature.
👏上手：じょうず
meaning: skillful/ good at something
- 彼は運転が上手です。 かれはうんてんがじょうずです。 He’s good at driving.
- 私の母は歌が上手です。 わたしのははははうたがじょうずです。 My mum is good at singing.
⬇️下：お（ろす）/くだ（す/る）/さ（がる/げる）/した/もと/しも/カ/ゲ
meaning: below/down/descend
- 下ろす おろす to bring down
- 下す くだす to make a decision(formal)
- 下さい ください pelase(give me)
- 下着 したぎ underwear
- 地下 ちか underground
- 部下 ぶか people working for you
- 下校 げこう leaving school (at the end of the day)
