Ok just a FYI for everyone, I have added a couple more categories for our chats. Which will hopefully keep things organized and more specific to what we are engaging in. Here is a quick run down and if anyone has questions please reach out!
1. 🚨 Scam Alerts & Red Flags
A space where we can:
- Share scams they’ve recently seen or experienced.
- Post screenshots, texts, or emails to warn others.
- Ask “Is this real or a scam?” and get feedback.
👉 I am hoping this builds trust and makes this group a go-to resource for staying safe in real time.
2. 🛡️ Prevention Tips & Education
A category dedicated to:
- Bite-sized tips on spotting scams (from you & from you guys).
- Posts about common scam tactics and how to avoid them.
- Simple guides like “3 red flags to watch for in phone calls.”
👉 I hope this will keep our group valuable and educational, reinforcing my mission to help as many people as I can.
3. 🐾 Community Lounge (Off-Topic & Fun)
This category is where members can:
- Share personal wins, funny stories, or even pet pics.
- Celebrate scam-free milestones.
- Connect casually beyond the scam-awareness focus.
