HELLUR!
My name is Michael, which in Hebrew means 'Who is like God?' - one of the things I love about my name is that it is both a question and a statement. The question is 'Who is like God?'. The 'hidden statement' is "There is No One like God". When I learned that, I absolutely resonated with the dichotomy of my name!
I also disagree with it, as we are all like God. So the lore of my name goes deep : )
I am hailing from, currently, Cambridge Massachusetts, but if you're reading this there is a good chance I am in a different location now as I LOVE traveling! I feel it is written in my soul's personality. "maktub" great arabic word. Learned it from the alchemist!
My intentions with being here and to be open and to feel joy. Whether that's by sharing, learning, teaching, connecting, laughing, pushing through limits, I am moving with the sacred intention to experience joy! There is a part of me that says 'I should want to grow', but when I experience joy I am growing. So joy is all encompassing for me.
Some activities I enjoy : making latte art, anything outside, speaking, teaching, reading, learning about the history of various things - matcha, tea, coffee, China, etc.. EATING HEALTHY foods - I swear my body feels like a temple after I eat a healthy meal, connecting with beautiful human beings who mean well, building businesses, generating ideas - I'm a manifesting generator in human design, pokémon and fortnite occasionally, and listening to great music. I love cleaning and creating amazing spaces too!
I have SOO many favorite quotes, two of them being "This too shall pass", and "Twas heaven here with you."
Both of those quotes are deeply ingrained in my experience and have helped me get through very hard times and also experience groundedness in very good times! When I was in London, I got very sick. Almost dying sick. and The quote this too shall pass genuinely got me through it. It helped me not go down a victim spiral and trust in God.
My favorite color is blue. I love wearing it. I love seeing it. I love blue flowers. Everything.
Oh yeah, I am a vegetarian, and in case I haven't said it yet, which I have lol, I LOVE TRAVEL!
