New Default Sharing Links coming to SharePoint/OneDrive
Compiled the latest updates from M365 from this past month. The one that caught my attention the most had to be the changes coming to file sharing links across SharePoint/OneDrive.
Microsoft is introducing a new hero link that has many capabilities but by default will be set to only people added with access. This is a huge security shift where for many years we have had "Anyone" links generated by default which allows anyone in the world to access the document.
