1. Good News Round (5 min)Everyone shares one win, breakthrough, or good news to kick off the week with positive momentum.
2. Breathwork Reset (5–7 min)Guided Wim Hof–style breathing exercise to clear stress and boost focus.
3. Spark Writing (5 min)
  • 2 minutes of quiet reflection.
  • 3 minutes to write down your Spark (the thought, idea, or reminder that fuels you this week).
  • Dean posts his Spark in the feed. Members can reply with:
4. Round Robin Goals (5–10 min)Each person shares 3 key things they’ll accomplish today. Simple, direct, and accountable.
5. High-Energy Close (2–3 min)Quick dance, movement, or fun ritual to lock in the energy and start the week with joy.
