Well Happy Friday everyone.
Just a note.after having to sit in a dentist chair again
That position is a hard no for me.had some dental work done yesterday
Afterwards and even before my back was hurting,but after the procedure I was inflamed so much so that I got home thinking maybe being on ice would help the back which it did for moment but then went straight back to being flared up..so then I had to take men's to calm it down enough to move again
