Yes - perhaps note the wording I was keen on using but it can feel like a trap or cycle.
I felt I didn't have time for well-being because I had too much to do. I was doing a lot each day, but it felt like I wasn't moving the needle - everyday to an extent felt the same. Stress would build and it started to show. I got comfortable with habits that were not serving my highest potential.
Simple changes have transformed my life! Some perhaps counterintuitive and I was skeptical. But I gave them a try and I noticed the difference.
