I posted today on changing my perspective - I've learned so much on my burnout recovery journey. I spoke about shrinking the problems, circle of control and stepping back to look at the bigger picture (e.g., will this matter in 6 months time). I have also changed how I speak to myself -
Replace “I am failing” with “This task is challenging.”
Replace “I’m not good enough” with “This strategy isn’t working yet.”
