I'm off on holiday from tomorrow to the Italian Dolomites and taking a proper break (yes, even from Skool!) — so I won't be around as much for the next week.
But I wanted to plant a seed before I go...
I've been thinking a lot about strength training lately — and how much it matters for us in midlife. It's not just about muscle. It's about blood sugar stability, bone density, metabolism, and yes — that stubborn "menopause middle" so many of us are dealing with. Dr Stacy Sims's research has been a big influence on how I think about this, and I want to bring some of that into the community in a way that's accessible, not intimidating.
So when I'm back, I'm considering running a simple strength training challenge to help us get started (or restarted) — nothing scary, just practical, doable moves you can build into your week.
Would this be something you'd want to join? 👇
Drop a comment too if there's anything specific you'd want it to cover (kit-free? time of day? beginner-friendly?) — I'll be reading replies while I'm away and it'll help shape the challenge.
See you in a week! 💛
