In 2021, I made a decision to focus more intentionally on my mental, physical, and emotional health by making peace a priority.
Now, don’t get me wrong — I’ve always exercised, tried to eat well, and even engaged in therapy as a form of preventive care. But one area I hadn’t fully embraced was the idea of not sweating the small stuff. 🙂
Recently, I was faced with a situation that had the potential to disturb my peace. And this time, I made a different choice — I honored the boundary I had set for myself and chose to let it go.
Protecting your peace isn’t always easy, but it is necessary.
