Let’s cross over together
Let me say this clearly: We were never meant to navigate the threshold alone.
For too long, leaders and changemakers have been conditioned to survive in silence. To carry the weight of transition, hold the line for everyone else, and pretend we’re fine while walking through shifts that would break most people.
But here’s the truth we are standing in today at Threshold School:
Transition becomes transformation the moment you stop walking alone.
Because crossing the threshold gets easier when you allow:
• deep support • collective wisdom • radical truth-telling • intentional rest • true alignment
We are witnessing lives and careers expand simply because leaders are stopping the charade of having to do everything by themselves.
And I want every member of our community reading this to know:
Your growth is not meant to be a solo climb. Your vision deserves space. Your struggle deserves breath. Your becoming deserves support.
If you’re standing at a threshold right now—personally, professionally, or spiritually—you don’t have to navigate the unknown in silence.
You’re allowed to be held while you rise.
