I’m really sorry for being absent.
The mind fog. The sickness. The ascension symptoms have really been over bearing.

It’s been off the charts!! Solar flares. Spikes and overall higher vibrations. I’m super affected by this?
Here’s some symptoms:
•migraines or headaches
•cloudy or foggy thoughts
•higher blood pressure
•feeling the need for solitude
•good symptoms such as body chills or fatigue
