Journal Day 21
Hi everyone, I started this daily post about 1 month ago on another community and decided to share and post it here too. I am 21 days into it. Day 21 is today, Saturday, August 17. I would like feedback if this is good for this community. It seems to inspire other members on another community.
Morning routine✅
Cold shower🚿✅
Journal for 10 minutes✍️✅
read for 20 minutes✅
spend 45 minutes outdoors❌
deep work✅
eat only whole foods❌
Drink 2 Liters of water✅
Workout 🏋️ (Sick day. I caught a cough yesterday) ❌
Study 📖 2 hours at least ✅
No scrolling📱❌
No video games/TV 🎮 ❌
Meditation ❌
Screens off by 21:00 (9:00pm)✅
In bed by 22:00 (10:00pm)✅
No corn 🌽 ✅
No fap 💦 ✅
Evening routine✅
8 hours of sleep🛌✅
I have a cough that I caught yesterday and hope it is gone tomorrow. I rested and slightly used my new dip station. I spent a lot of time today on Skool and reading one of my books, Estrogeneration by Anthony Jay. I am creating a post for tomorrow and will go to sleep before 21:00 (9:00pm) tonight. I was out late last night and only slept 5 hours last night. I plan to be more productive and make it the gym tomorrow.🤧
