Think Wild Co. Community Guidelines
Think Wild Co. is a working community for professional women who are building something. A business, a career move, a second income, a way out, a way up. You are here because you already know what you want. You just need the space, the accountability, and the right people around you to actually do it.
This is not a support group. It is not a course with a comment section. It is not a place to consume content and feel inspired. It is a place to work.
What we do here
We show up for live coworking sessions and actually get things done together. We bring our real problems to strategy threads and give each other honest, tactical feedback. We refer each other business because we know what each other does and we trust the work. We document wins and hold each other to the standard we set when we joined.
The culture in one sentence:
Smart women, real talk, no fluff, full execution.
How to show up
Bring your actual work. Not your polished version. The messy draft, the decision you cannot make, the client situation you do not know how to handle. That is what this room is for.
Give before you ask. Engage with other members' threads before you post your own. Refer before you need a referral.
Be direct. You will not be penalized for having a strong opinion here. You will be expected to back it up.
On referrals and collaboration
If you work with a member and they deliver, say so publicly. Let's share wins. If something goes sideways, handle it directly with the person first. This community is small enough that reputation is everything and large enough that a good referral can change your year.
Do not pitch inside the community without context. If you have something that would genuinely serve a member, bring it up organically or DM first. Cold pitching inside the group is not what we are here for.
On the coworking sessions
Show up if you can. Camera on when you can. State what you are working on in the chat at the start. Check in at the end. That is it. No performance required, just presence.
What gets you removed
Victim positioning. You can bring hard situations here. You cannot make hard situations your entire identity in this space.
Pitching, spamming, or treating this like a lead generation tool.
Anything that makes another member feel unsafe or targeted.
One last thing
This community is run by someone with a full professional life, multiple businesses, and a genuine reason to be here too. I am not performing expertise from a distance. I am in it with you. That means I will be a real member of this community, not just a moderator. It also means I will hold you to the same standard I hold myself.
Welcome to Think Wild Co. Now let's get to work.
