Become AI native.
That's the key that unlocks every door that aligns with this identity - now and in the future.
It doesn't really matter if your goal is to run an AI agency, or to apply AI to your own business, or to work as somebody else's AI Manager.
Become AI native first.
The reality is that nobody really knows what 'work' looks like 5 or 10 years from now. There may be new jobs we can't even imagine right now, just like I could't imagine being a web designer, SEO, copywriter, social media manager, an online seller, and a few other things back when I was stacking boxes in a dusty warehouse, before the World Wide Web.
Or there may be a Universal Credit system and no work to do.
Or something in between. Or the same as now, just more complex.
My point is that goals such as running an AI agency, etc, are relevant today, but they may not be at some point.
Being AI native, on the other hand, doesn't stop being relevant in an AI-first society.
So that's the goal. And your future depends on it.
