If you are brand new, not sure where to start, here’s an initial list of goals to complete:
- Learn numbers first (ARV/Comps, Rehab Cost, MAO, Buyer Potential Profit)
- Pick an ACTIVE market. You want to find deals where you know buyers are buying.
- Do the necessary ground work (due diligence) before picking up the phone.
- Don’t be afraid of On Market Listings, agents cannot hinder the wholesale process unless you allow it.
- Be confident in your numbers from start to finish, if it doesn’t look good now, it won’t look good if you push some numbers around to try and make it work.
