Think about the last time someone showed genuine interest in you. Not the chasing kind, not the love-bombing kind, the real kind.
Did you trust it?
Or did you question it, overthink it, wait for the catch, or quietly push it away?
Most people don't struggle with finding love. They struggle with recognising it when it actually shows up, because it doesn't look like what they're used to.
Today, ask yourself: do I trust myself enough to believe I deserve the good stuff? Or am I only comfortable when it feels complicated?
