I had the honor of presenting at Finn Fest last week with my good friend from Sauna Times Glenn Auerbach as well as the GOAT himself, Mikkel Aaland, whose book Sweat inspired my approach to thermic bathing and career. We geeked out on all things sauna and contrast therapy and I left the conference buzzing with content ideas for Sauna Skool.
