Hi everyone!
My name is Gonca and I'm from North Carolina. Although I have a degree in engineering and worked as a W2 employee for years, I got my feet wet (just a little) in RE with my own means throughout the years: I did a couple of fix and flips with great success in both and did house hacking by renting our extra rooms for about 6-7 years. I did these several years ago and am excited to gain more experience by joining hands and/or supporting experts in the field. I can start with offering my time & sweat equity initially.
So I'm very excited as I look forward to learning from you as we all grow together.
