New investor
Hey, my name is Cooper Dudley, I’m looking to buy properties in Birmingham Alabama at the moment and not opposed to anywhere in Tennessee. I am new to real estate but I’ve been interested in it for over 2 years and struggling to figure out how to move forward with deals. Mainly scared because I don’t know the whole process of seller financing but I want to do it. I had 2 deals fall through due to inspections before. That’s the furthest I’ve gotten. I do not own any properties currently. Excited to connect with people and hopefully make a change here soon!
