Over the next 90 days my personal health goal Is to lose 30 lbs 205 down to 175. Work out m-f . I have a work out plan in place so no guessing when going to the gym. My the end of the 60 want to be able to run a 5k . And this spring enter my 1st run.
I know this will need to be followed by a diet pretty struck which that plan is in the works.
Back to the gallon of water a day. Don’t really drink much soda any more .
