Buying Land In Vietnam As A Foreigner

Hey guys, I have a meeting with a very experienced real estate lawyer here in Vietnam.

This guy is a bit of a celebrity, highly recommended to me.

The purpose of my visit is to get some legal advice on property development in Vietnam (what can and cannot be done)

I thought I’d ask if you guys have any specific questions you’d like answered? Let me know.

P.S Yes, you can lease land in Vietnam as a foreigner for 50+ years with the right company setup, then develop on it - similar to if you bought the land. I don't intend to hold anything for more than a few years anyway!
