Quick suggestion for an app I think will pair well with this challenge. It’s called “Hevy” and the free version allows you to build a few routines and track your workouts/weights. It shows a diagram of how balanced you’re hitting the different muscle groups. Gives you virtual badges for new records. I used to wander the gym like a chicken with my head cut off but since I started using the app it really helps give me direction. You can also copy other users workouts and don’t forget to add measurements to track your inches. 💪🏋🏻♀️
