Most expensive hobby-related impulse purchase?
I once woke up with the sudden desire of learning bartending skills, and instead of buying a couple of bottles of alcohol and making a mess in the kitchen like any normal person, I went and bought a 1-month in-person course (about £1,500).
I also used the skills I learnt, exactly 0 times outside of that course. 😑
