Three questions before you offshore
Pick one role you would love off your plate. Now run it through three questions.
One, is this role already documented with an SOP someone could follow? Two, could that person follow it without calling you for help? Three, is the cost gap between a local and an offshore hire actually significant?
If the honest answers are yes, yes and yes, you are ready to post the role this week. If the first answer is no, that is not an offshore problem, it is a systems problem, and it tells you exactly what to fix first.
