How AI changed the way I work
A year ago, if you had told me AI would become one of the most valuable tools in my day to day work, I probably would have been skeptical.
Working at CloudKonnect has shown me that AI does not replace good people. It empowers them.
Over the past year I have gradually taken on more of the day to day operational work. AI has helped me research faster, draft communications, document processes, troubleshoot problems, and organise information more efficiently.
But here is what I have learned.
AI did not replace my job. It amplified it.
The value does not come from AI alone. It comes from combining experience, business knowledge, systems, and human judgment with the right tools.
That is where the real productivity gains happen.
The future of work is not people versus AI. It is people who know how to use AI working alongside those who build great businesses.
