If you disappeared for a month, would the business keep running?

Not "mostly fine." Not "the team would figure it out." A confident yes.

If the honest answer is no, you have not built a business yet. You have built a very demanding job, and it does not even come with sick leave.

That is the test that opens Chapter 1.
