How To Make Money This Week
I understand many of you do not have money to invest in an online venture. I understand many of you may be in desperate need of money. Let’s take a step back and only focus on things you can do RIGHT NOW to make some cash.
Here are some ideas, I will be creating videos on all of these topics. Please note, many of these are based in the United States but exist in other countries under different names.
**Door Dash & Uber Eats**
I have done this and it is a FANTASTIC way to make money immediately. Basically you just drive around picking up food orders and delivering them to customers. You don’t really have to interact with anyone. You don’t have some weirdo in your car. It’s pretty simple.
You need to have a drivers license, and a working vehicle. Taxi type services like Uber can be great too but there are some barriers that can stop you like if your vehicle isn’t new enough.
Depending on your area, and how close you live to food places, you can make $15-$25 an hour. There’s some strategies and tricks to it that I cover in my video.

**Sell Your Stuff**
Another way to start making money practically immediately is to sell some of your stuff. Selling things you own sucks. It can be a real bummer. But you know what? Stuff you have in your home that you haven’t used for YEARS? Chances are you will never use them again. For example, when my family moved into our current home 16 years ago, we put some of our stuff in boxes and never took the stuff out now 16 years later! It doesn’t do us any good just sitting in the box!
It’s a bit shocking what people will pay for things. Have any old “vintage” t-shirts? (By vintage I mean just 20 years old). They can sell for a pretty penny.
Presents people got me that I never used, collectibles I thought I needed at the time but never even put on display, new clothes I never wore but don’t fit in anymore lol. A purse you are tired of. A musical instrument you never play. It’s practically endless.
Selling stuff is easy, and can be the starting point for running your own business. There’s eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and so many others. We have sold thousands upon thousands of dollars on these platforms.
Facebook Marketplace is the easiest I think. It doesn’t cost anything. And getting free exposure for what you are selling is easy.
In other sections we will dive into how to acquire and resell things, but guess what? That costs MONEY! And this section is all about generating that cash ASAP.

**Odd Jobs: TaskRabbit, Fiverr, Upwork, Rover, Etc.**
We truly live in a different time. You can legitimately get paid for your time by doing so many different kinds of things.
TaskRabbit, for example, is a place where you could make yourself available to do anything from putting an IKEA desk together for someone to helping a senior citizen “connect to the internets”.
Rover, is a place where you can get hired to do pet related tasks. Walk dogs, board animals in your home, run a pet to the vet, pretty much anything a pet owner might need, you can offer to them.
Don’t like pets? Well then don’t sign up for Rover silly. Think about what your specific skills are, and see if you can find a situation where people will pay for them.
My goal is that we can have an open discussion here about places where you can get paid to do various tasks. Some of the programs out there just want to take your money. Using our shared knowledge should help us separate the good from the bad. So if this interests you, watch my training video and join our discussion.
I have not personally used TaskRabbit or Rover.
**Closing Thoughts**
All of these services have two things in common:
- You can start them immediately and make money fast
2. They are not usually setup to allow us to become an entrepreneur that walks strange because of all the money in our pockets when we are out in public. You start doing the job or tasks, and that’s it. You can’t really scale.
Some places take a bit longer to get rolling, be sure to consider this before moving forward. Offering your services on Fiverr can be a fantastic income source but it really takes a long time to get that going (in my experience)
This is why this section is first. If you have money and want to invest some into building a business, that’s awesome. But if you need money, don’t buy magic beans that will maybe make you money 2 months from now. Do this stuff and get money coming in immediately.
Then we can start building our real empires :)
