How is everyone sitting with this week's content? This one challenges something we all carry — the idea that joy and happiness are the same thing. Happiness depends on everything going right. Joy is something else entirely. It's covenantal. It's built on who God is, not on what's happening around you.

Habakkuk lost everything and still chose to say yet I will rejoice. That word yet is doing so much work. Joy isn't the absence of pain — it's what holds you when pain is very much present.
