HELP: Who are my customers!?
Hi all, I hope everyone is having a lovely weekend.
I'm really struggling with identifying my clients. I know who I'm targeting, but I'm conscious that if I'm targeting everyone I'm helping no one. I know that just saying "people who are struggling to navigate grief and death" is too broad, but it's not like it's specific to a certain age / gender or race etc.
Does anyone have any advice for how I can refine it?
