Start here: what this is, and how to introduce yourself
Welcome to The Builder's Table.
The idea is simple. Most business owners are figuring things out alone, and that is a slower and lonelier way to do it than it needs to be. This is a room full of people who actually understand what your week looks like.
Three things happen here.
THE WEEKLY CALL - introductions, a rotating guest speaker, a live hot seat where somebody brings a real problem to the room, and a monthly book discussion.
THE CLASSROOM - five classes covering numbers, margin, ownership misconceptions, hospitality, and lead generation, plus a reading list. Work through them in order or jump straight to whatever hurts most. Two calculators in there chain together, taking you from what you want to take home this year to how many calls you need to make this week.
EACH OTHER - the classroom is content. The community is the point.
Introduce yourself in the comments:
- Your name and where you're based
- What you build, sell, or fix
- What you're building toward right now
- One thing you're stuck on
That last one matters most. Don't skip it. It's how people here know where they can actually help you.
