Finding a dedicated place to connect with others who share similar experiences as me has been truly life changing. The community has a welcoming atmosphere where I feel heard and understood without any judgment. The supportive network provides valuable insights that help make daily challenges feel much more manageable. There is no pressure to perform, showing up as you are is the only expectation. I can't thank Charlotte enough for creating this safe space for us.

The club has been life changing for me. It’s helped me understand my ADHD brain and changed the way I talk to myself. Charlotte’s coaching, helpful posts and practical resources have given me strategies to work with my brain, not against it. Finding a community where others share my experiences has also helped me feel less alone and less ashamed. I’d wholeheartedly recommend the club to anyone wanting to feel understood and supported - come join us!

The support that Charlotte gives and the community I have gained since joining have been my lifeline in my journey of understanding my ADHD. Highly recommend joining; Charlotte's support, I feel, does give clarity, does not feel overwhelming and is doable. She's always there, along with the rest of the club, to help when things feel heavy.
