This week was a rebuild week. Pivoted avatar to HVAC owner-operators. Completed Layer 2 — full Personal Operating System built. Completed first ReWire assessment on Op #1 (Eric). Identified 7 broken wires. Built complete HVAC execution packet — 30-day content calendar, DM scripts, outreach toolkit, all updated.
Lost my dad this week. He was a Vietnam veteran and the reason Dark Angel Ops exists. Taking it one day at a time but I am not stopping.
Numbers start tracking this week. System is live.
