Choose your frequency/reality or your past self will
Make the choice every morning when you wake up -
Who am I broadcasting today? What frequency am I operating from today?
If you have a good understanding of who your highest self is visualize and embody the frequency. Or if you want to embody a frequency of alignment, joy, ease, peace, productivity, etc.. then choose one of those and embody that.
It’s a conscious choice every morning That you can make to prevent your past self, old cycles, and patterns from making that choice for you.
