3 IMPORTANT key principles I learned building a team
- Starts by building personal relationships. Treat each person as if they have a sign on there chest that says “ make me feel important “
- Building big teams requires you to have big passions! It has to be more important than money.
- You gotta become a leader. You first have to lead yourself and want win in this business In order to build a big team.
You have to have a oneness in your organization. Everyone has to buy into your system, one heartbeat. Everyone has to be on same page. There is no 2 ways in a company, there’s a Company way or there’s the hwy. We are not just a sales company, we give people a chance to go into business and have ownership.
